All orders are processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days, not including Pre-Order items.
Orders are sent out with USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent via E-Mail once the label has been created! USPS does not provide tracking for International Customers.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected, delayed or lost by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS/DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, custom or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

If your parcel is being held at customs, it helps to contact your local customs office should this occur to help get the package move quicker. Once it is out of the USA, we ultimately have no control over transit time and deliveryAll custom fees and import duties are not included in the purchase price. Some countries may occasionally impose customs to incoming merchandise. This does not happen very often, but it may happen randomly. As we have no control over this and do not charge additionally for custom fees, the buyer is ultimately responsible for all custom fees, import duties, and taxes should these be imposed. If you have concerns about this, please find out the rules from your country prior to purchase.
WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order.
If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it should be returned to us and we can ship the item out again for you once it is received and you will be charged the standard shipping fee.
Missing packages marked "delivered" can sometimes be misplaced. Check with your local post office and mailman, many instances, they can locate it for you.
All domestic packages include tracking numbers. If somehow the item is "lost" and the tracking number says "delivered", we cannot replace the item unfortunately, given the item was sent to the correct address listed in the order.
We do NOT refund international packages "lost" or marked "delivered". This is because we ultimately have no control over tracing the post once packages are outside the US.
If you haven’t received your package, please wait 45 days from the day you received your shipment notification before contacting us. If it has been past 45 days, please contact us and we will try to assist you as much as possible to try to locate your package. Although we are not responsible for lost mail, as it is out of our hands, we will come up with the best solution!
